Before you request deletion
Account deletion may permanently remove your profile, quiz progress, XP, achievements, rankings, saved content, posts, comments, messages, push tokens, and app activity linked to your account.
Important: Deletion may not be reversible. If you only want to stop notifications, you can turn off notifications or sign out instead.

This static form opens your email app with a prepared deletion request. You can also email us directly at support@sealednectar.org.
What data is deleted
- Account profile and login-linked app identity where possible.
- Quiz progress, XP, achievements, and app activity linked to the account.
- Push notification tokens and device notification records.
- User-generated content where deletion is technically and legally possible.
What may be retained
- Records needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or audit integrity.
- Backups and logs for a limited period until they rotate or are safely deleted.
- Content that has been copied, quoted, moderated, or preserved for safety/legal reasons.
Expected processing time
We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible after verifying the request. Additional verification may be required to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.
